       I stayed at Xi’an for the whole week last week to help to recruit new engineers and technicians for technical departments, so now I am writing to share with you some tips for the interview, which are just my personal perceptions: and now it is also the seasons for the graduates to look for jobs, so I hope these could be of some use.

    First of all, care for some details.

    The interviewee should be well-dressed, people do not have to wear expensive suits, but the interviewees are definitely supposed to be tidy and neat. This will make the interviewer feel respected;

    Do not forget to say hi to the interviewer, he or she may be in an advantageous position, but he or she is just a normal person after all, So do not feel very nervous and try to be friendly, in some cases, shake hands with the interviewer after the interview.

    Second, be confident.

    The interviewee should embody the confidence during the interview, there are more challenges in the real life than a student with no working experience can ever imagine. So you should convince the interviewer that you are equipped with the confidence you can deal with the challenging tasks you are going to encounter.

     Third, do not brag, be honest.

    During the interview, I have found that some people exaggerated about such things as their capabilities, skills, trainings etc.

    But do not go too far, otherwise, if you are found to have written something false, your overall rating could be rather poor.

    Best wishes
